It's So Easy to Forget...
...just how much I loved Disgaea for the Playstation 2. It's one of my favorite PS2 games, but I never got around to playing any of the other games in the series. So why did I stop after the first Disgaea?

More so than in recent years, I feel my "Game of the Year" Awards may be a bit inadequate this time around. While there are always games that I regret not getting around to playing or completing, I am always confident in my year-end choices -- especially the Top 10.

Binary Domain is the Next Game from the Yakuza Team
I've always considered the Yakuza series to be a guilty pleasure of mine. I love the uniqueness of its setting, the ridiculousness of its story and characters, and the comic brutality of its combat.

Bethesda/Zenimax Just Bought Shinji Mikami's Studio
Wut. Tango Gameworks, recently founded by Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil, Godhand, Vanquish), is now property of Zenimax (Bethesda, Id). This is certainly bizarre.
