Well, well, well. It looks like IGN has confirmed that the new Bethesda title is actually Shinji Mikami's Project Zwei.
Mikami, creator of the Resident Evil series, had started his own Studio Tango Gameworks early in 2010. By October of that year the studio was purchased by Zenimax Media Inc., parent company of Bethesda Softworks. But it wasn't until 2012 when Project Zwei was announced and would mark both Mikami's return to the survival horror genre and the final game he would direct.
Things just turned the tide, and I'm more excited than ever for tomorrow's reveal.

Really hoping it's an open world survival horror game
you'd be vulnerable exploring and derping around
then suddenly a stretchy armed fish person is trying to drag you into it's crotch mouth with drill teeth
