Surely you've seen the video above. In a classic example of technology goes wrong, Bob tries to get his face into Harry Potter for Kinect with hilarious consequences.
In a spectacular reversal of fortune the immense failing of the Kinect was the thing that offered the most entertainment of the evening. No blocking of balls, or blocking of wizard spells or any other combination of Super Glove Ball mini-games could compete with Bob's horrified burn-scarred face in the world of Harry Potter.
Perhaps that's the secret to the Kinect. It can't just fail...it has to completely fall on its face to provide the entertainment. It isn't enough for it to just not work, it has to fail spectacularly. In this sense, improving the Kinect for the next gen is the worst thing Microsoft can do.
I say make it even more awful...and watch it shine!

Make it even more awful. I support this idea.

This is why I welcome Microsoft to make the Kinect 2 even worse than the first one.

Where could Kinect go from here? I feel like this very well may be the crowning achievement.

The only VOD for this game is of Carlos playing it. Can someone please clip out Bob's playthrough?
