Looks like Bethesda has something planned for this upcoming monday, November 5th. Their twitter account just posted the below image with the text "Full Trailer on 11/5" and seems to be alluding to something Elder Scrolls related...well it certainly isn't Fallout, that's for sure.
New DLC has been rumored when additional assets were discovered in the latest Skyrim patch, and things like Dragon Mounts are rumored to be a possibility. If I didn't know any better I would say that image shows some pretty kick ass Dragon Priest armor.

Hopefully it's something about the Skyrim DLC and not dumb TES MMO stuff. I gots points all saved up for it. I want mah spears!

That would be some pretty cool armor to get in Fallout, wouldn't it? A post-apocalyptic Elder Scrolls environment - where magic spells have devastated populations. A bastard child of both games, if you will. I'd play it...

Join or kill the cult of priests, ride a dragon. $20 just to ride dragons? Eh, overpriced just like Dawnguard's Vampire Lord.
Also, one more DLC the PS3 version wont have for a long time.
