It's been confirmed that a copy of Halo 4 has been leaked to the public, leading to plot details, gameplay videos and more, now charging like naked mad beasts through the wilds of the internet.
In the fallout currently starting to hit, 343 Industies Creative Director Josh Holmes has taken twitter pleading with his followers to avoid the leaks at all costs.
I've worked for over 3 years making Halo 4. Please avoid spoilers and leaks from thieves for 3 more weeks until the game is out. Thank you.
Seeing as how Halo 4 is supposedly much more story oriented, there are probably some big twists and narrative milestones that ardent fans of the series will want to avoid before the November 6th release date.
Microsoft has not released an official comment on the leak as of yet, but even though I've never been a huge Halo fan I do feel for those who have poured their heart and soul into a project just to see it hit the light of day without the proper launch to send it on its way.

Amazing how such a large triple A title like halo is still subject to this type of leak.
