Here's Your Far Cry 3: E3 Teaser Trailer

I keep going back and forth when it comes to Far Cry 3. They'll show one video and I'll be more hooked than a Kentucky inbred on Meth in summer, then I'll see another and get worried that it's going to just be a linear action romp with a sub-par multiplayer.  I think the problem is that I haven't gotten a good taste of the vastness within the game. Those moments when you're just exploring and looking at animals; things that were some of the best moments in Far Cry 2.

This  E3 teaser trailer really does nothing to alleviate my fears or raise my hopes, but it does make me excited for what Ubisoft is going to show of the game next week. Reception has been a bit polarized as of late, so perhaps Ubisoft is taking notice and are preparing something that will really blow our socks off.

And if there's anything you know about me, it's that I'm ready for my socks to get blown.
