AMC Theaters is hosting an Uncharted 3 per-release event on October 18th, 19th and 20th in select theaters. At this event, attendees will have an inside look of the game, a multiplayer tournament, an "in-theater gaming show in 3D" plus a bunch of free prizes and giveaways from Sony and Playstation. General admission is set to $25 a pass, however, if you pony up the extra cash and pay for the Premium Bundle priced at $60, you will get yourself an early copy of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. The one catch is that they will ship you the game early instead of handing you a copy right then and there. Copies of the games are being sent out on the 25th, so they may or may not arrive early.
Participating Theatres:
- San Francisco: AMC Metreon 16
- Los Angeles: AMC Century City 15
- Washington D.C.: AMC Tyson’s Corner 16
- New York City: AMC Lincoln Square 13
- Dallas: AMC Northpark 15
I've already gotten my pass for the showing at the Metreon in San Francisco on the 18th, so if you're going as well or just happen to be in the area let me know!

Oh come on! I have an AMC a few miles away from me, but it's not taking part of it.

Nice, there's one in SF. Sucks that it's held in the middle of the week though, since I'm usually flooded with exams/work on school days. Meh, I'm highly considering it. Wonder what prizes are there?
