The entirety of John Carmack's Q&A session from QuakeCon 2011 is now available for your viewing pleasure.  It's a long jaunt, Carmack answers questions from the audience for about 1.5 hours until, I'm sure, the audience  fell into a heap of exhaustion before Carmack himself leaped from the stage and started to design another rocket.

I'll be getting through the entire thing later, and will probably have more to add in a later article, but for now sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
