A lot of us would like to work in the games industry. You know, actually making games.  Often times, however, those dreams fall flatter than a little girls chest and we find ourselves doing more of the grunt oriented work. In 1991 Nintendo released this training video to teach retail employees how to deal with a variety of customers and situations.

It's fairly interesting to watch. It's also Sunday, I'm hungover, and this is all I got at the moment.

at 6:20 - 6:30 , I swear almost every nes game AVGN has reviewed is behind that guy LOL.
Hell even Dirty Harry and Fun house are up there. You know this video wasn't for customer eyes LOL. They need to add five more minutes to this video on how to deal with complaints from pissed off customers who just bought Ghost Busters and want a damn explanation as to why it sucks so bad.

" so I bought that Ghost Busters game, and spent most of the time driving and running of gas. Is this actually a game? "

(if complaints about Ghost Busters ever come out offer a instant trade for another game.....BUT only offer the following
    a.Dino Riki
    b.Astynax
    c.Dirty Harry

Then proceed to go on a thirty minute lunch break and hopefully the customer will give up.

Like 20 years from now were gonna see a training video on the internet called

"So you've been hired by Activision Blizzard"

I'm betting a large portion of the video is teaching you how to properly feed Bobby Kotick he's weekly virgin sacrifice...
