So...why aren't equally violent movies treated the same way? They even show graphic images on the News every damn day; riots, actual people getting shot, animal cruelty, anything really. And yet when a character in a video game so much as punches another dude, everyone flips a shit.

Well to be perfectly honest, I don't think the SC is going to support this bill, Cali's case is really bad, I don't think they're going to win.
Also, did the Daily Show even make a point with that segment? Like literally I don't think they sated if they were for or against the bill.

Every time I hear about videogames and bans and shit, I just have to re-watch this episode of Penn and Teller's Bullshit!

At the end of the episode, they give a little kid (9 years old) a gun and let him shoot it at a shooting range. He's all excited about it, but by the time he actually does, he starts crying and freaking out. Poor kid.
Such bullshit.
