Revealed today was the new Xbox 360 slim. An admittedly sexy looking machine. Which, to everyone's surprise, is shipping to retailers today.  Kudos to MS for being able to keep such a big secret until today.

Other thoughts about the conference in total will be coming later today and on tonights podcast.  But for now, this little morsel is actually quite cool.

Pretty slick, did you guys get free ones?

Also I know things are kinda hectic and up in the air but do you guys have any set times you plan to record your show tonight? Kinda hard to tune in when its seemingly completely random. Maybe a twitter update or blog post to let us know when your broadcasting?

I don't think people should run out and buy this new revision just yet. After the launch 360 RROD debacle, I just don't trust MS with new hardware anymore. I think people should wait a couple of months and see.

I have to admit, this is quite a sexy looking device. I was expecting this from them this year, but color me impressed. I will probably be taking the plunge on this.

    Not really enjoying the aesthetics.

I hope they tested this damn machine to DEATH to make sure people don't get fucking RROD'd anymore.

And I do appreciate them FINALLY building Wi-Fi into the damn box though.

Here are a few more screenshots I managed to snag: http://s629.photobucket.com/albums/uu19/s1nk0/New%20Xbox%20360%202010%20E3%20Revealing/

I feel this was a pretty smart move in MS's part (maybe the only smart thing they did during that whole conference). This kills more excuses to not get an Xbox, and gives consumers new to the 360 scene a fresh, and sexier start without cashing in more than what previous 360 customers already did. I myself was thinking of trading in my old xbox for the new one, but I'm worried about data transfer. I mean, how will that work out, since the new xbox has a redesigned hard drive. I hope there will be a new hard drive transfer kit available for purchase, otherwise it doesn't seem like a worthwhile trade-in. Eh, I'll hold out for a couple months. Maybe this new Xbox isn't all sparkles and sunshine. A few kinks may arise and I don't want to be one of the first to discover it.

...Why are the USB ports on the back of the machine?
