We are now in true parody reality territory with the voice cast of the Mario movie. It's celebrity names picked out of a hat. The best satire writers can't write this kind of material. If actual, professional, and well-versed voice actors weren't being passed over, I could laugh.
Also, if we're using this criteria for who should voice Wario and Waluigi, Dwayne Johnson should be Wario and Kevin Hart should be Waluigi. Why? Cause why the fuck not? There aren't any standards anymore. FUCK.
