Our Plans for Covering E3 2016

The time has come at last! E3 2016 is quickly approaching and that means pretty soon we will all be drowning in high profile game announcements, impressions, and of course, new internet memes! 4Player will have a major presence at the big show this year and we are excited to give you a breakdown of what we have planned.

You may have heard already that Brad won’t be in attendance this year. Well… it’s true and while we are bummed about that, Brad will be opening up for the podcast each night (on 4pp.tv) with E3 Ramblings as only Brad can. He’ll be with us in spirit and you can rest assured that his presence will be felt and his voice will be heard. On the bright side, we were blessed with 5 badges this year so the rest of the crew will be in attendance. That means for the first time in years, Nolan will be joining us and Krispy will be on hand to experience E3 for the first time ever!

We will be arriving in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 11th and will be staying through Friday, June 17th to cover the show. While we are there, we will capture as much as we can on camera and edit them together into fun video logs of our adventures. You can expect a new video for each day of the trip so there will be plenty to watch!

We'll be recording live podcasts every night once the event begins and will be squeezing in as many impressions as we possibly can throughout the week. Of course, these broadcasts will happen mostly in the evening after we return from the show floor or from Press Conferences but you can reach out to us at any time on Twitter (@4PlayerPodcast) with questions, thoughts, and comments about the show using hashtag #4PNE316. We will reference these tweets during videos and live recordings to help us fuel our discussions!

We have already started to roll out our Top 5 Most Anticipated Games of E3 2016 and a new video will debut each day until Sunday when the show begins.
