For many, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was their most anticipated upcoming game at E3. If you haven’t seen it already, check out the gameplay trailer from Microsoft’s E3 press event. While the brief trailer is certainly enough to get people excited, the 4Player team at E3 got a chance to see the behind closed door demo featuring an additional 45 minutes of gameplay. After the demo, Brad caught up with CD Projekt Red visual effect artist Jose to ask him a few questions. Topics include how the new Witcher game manages romance and story lines, changes to the combat system, and the level of nuance in hunting monsters. Also, it would be remiss if Brad didn’t ask about underwater swimming, so that’s in there too.

Enjoy and check out more E3 interviews on 4Player's YouTube channel, or check out the podcast to hear more impressions on the Witcher 3.
