We sent Team Chris across the country (READ: across the state) to check out Quake Con this year. To our delight, the team delivered an impressive round of content which we have split into 2 parts. Take a journey with Chris and Kris as they drive towards Dallas and deliver their opening thoughts. Get ready for some pretty great discussions involving some of the heavy hitting games that they are mere hours away from seeing including the new Dishonored DLC, The Evil Within, and Wolfenstein! Tune in tomorrow for Part 2!

You two were the perfect pair for that discussion of Arkham: Origins multiplayer. Between Kris' experience with the previous Arkham games, and Chris' time with the Splinter Cell series, you really honed in on what makes that game so exciting. I feel your pain on that day one purchase Kris. Brink was the last game I bought without thoroughly checking it out beforehand. I pretty much never buy a game unless it's priced below $30 and I've had sufficient opportunity to judge its gameplay. Keeps me a bit behind the curve, but it makes it a lot easier to avoid situations like that, where something is massively (and unjustifiably) overhyped.

Jon Voight played Lara Crofts father in the first film, I find it odd you didn't remember that Chris lol.

Dishonored DLC is something I am really looking forward too since I really enjoyed the first part, Wolfenstein is something I need to get hands on to decide whether I want it or not, the Evil Within is a title I am really anticipating to be a great game and both Arkham Origins and Elder Scrolls online are off my radar.
