I won't lie- Bayonetta 2 is my biggest reason to want a Wii U, and after seeing what Nintendo had to show during their video this morning and this trailer, I want it just as much if not more.
I had initially feared that the game would be toned down to match the family friendly nature of Nintendo products, but I and other fans of Bayonetta can rest easy knowing that developers Platinum Games have clearly been given free reign to do whatever they want with the game. That is the proper thing to let Platinum Games do.
So what do we have here? More flash, more spectacle, more flipping around and innuendo and ripping apart monsters much much bigger than Bayonetta. There's nothing wrong with any of that. Jeanne, Bayonetta's rival, makes a few appearances as an ally, and she appears to be joining Bayonetta in what is hands down the game's biggest and most important change: Bayonetta got a hair cut. I expect this to be the biggest topic of discussion on the next podcast.
There's some really cool stuff on display here, and when Bayonetta 2 releases in 2014, it looks like I'll have to have a Wii U on my shelf.
UPDATE: Following a Nintendo press event today, multiple reports are now coming in that Bayonetta 2 will feature co-operative multiplayer, with one character playing as Bayonetta herself and the other playing as Jeanne. Hideki Kamiya of developer Platinum Games has said that more will be revealed about this mode later.

Yes. Definitely yes. I hope Microsoft will be cool and let this game go for free at some point.

The new trailer touching for sure provides the best gaming interface for the players. It offers us the most vibrant way of playing the game with quite a good virtual effect. I liked sending time on this page here. Good read.

I don't understand why Bayonetta 2 wasn't released on the other consoles, seems strange that it would be a Nintendo exclusive, especially when you consider the fact that, part 1 was a certificate 18.
