Yes, Insomniac Games has a co-op based, third-person shooter scheduled to see the light of day in early 2013. Yes, the game was once called "Overstrike", and now stands as Fuse. No, I'm not interested...but you might be!
This video is a lengthy rundown of what Insomniac has coming -- narrated wonderfully by CEO Ted Price -- yet comes off feeling a bit desperate. Nothing explained, or shown, in this 18 minute production has me excited, regardless of how interesting some of Fuses weaponry is. I've enjoyed many of Insomniac Games' joints. I'm sure Fuse has more potential than my gut is telling me, but this shooter-fatigue I suffer from leaves me feeling otherwise.
See for yourself. Hopefully by the time the game sits on store shelves, I'll be willing and interested in giving Fuse a shot.

i was interested in this game when it was overstrike, now that its been changed to fuse i could care less. The art style and personality is what got my attention at E3, reminded me of a pixar cartoon much like The Incredibles. Don't care for the new art/graphics....real turn off.

I wish they explained why they took the soul out of the game.
