With only a week left before the release of 4 lengthy titles, we scramble to stay abreast of the busy holiday season. Of course, there is still plenty to discuss with the recent launch of Uncharted 3, Lord of the Rings: War in the North, and Battlefield 3 still manages to remain relevant despite the recent release of Modern Warfare 3. We spend a little bit of time speculating over the few confirmed reveals that will debut at the Spike VGA awards before launching headfirst into our new community segment! Seeing as this is a new segment, we would appreciate any feedback that you might. If you want to get involved with our new community segment, don't forget to email us your opinions so that we can rattle off your thoughts on next weeks podcast! Oh goodness! I'm honored and slightly embarrassed. Thank you guys, you made my day. I wish I had been there to see it.
I've missed the entirety of the voting, podcast awards, etc, but my home was struck by lightning and my computer is now a box of sad, expensive, dead electronic parts.
Thanks again. You're all fabulous.

Great Show guys!

I would clip out Jack's Uncharted 3 Kung Lao glitch, but I fear for spoilers. Also, if the aiming's fucked up with a patch in the works, I might put UC3 lower in my GameFly Q.
Anybody wanna help with this one?

Great show guys! War of the North sounds pretty interesting, but I don't really have anyone to play it with. Plus, getting Skyrim...tomorrow (damn!). Saving $30 on Amazon, though. My cheapness wins through. I also made my own Skyrim hat out of scrap fleece... No regrets.
There are a LOT of DLC I haven't picked up. If I really enjoy a game I try to pick it up (eventually) but I usually wait for good deals on Microsoft Points. With Black Friday coming by and the fact that I'm hoping to get my first gaming PC built by the beginning of December, I'll see how all of that pans out... For the next show can you also include "next week's community question" in the description?
Anyways, great show! I like the new section.

You guys are crazy about Uncharted 3's shooting mechanics, I think it is one of the best shooters I've ever played and love the feel of it. I've also played over 20 hours of multi-player so far and love it.

You know, I expected you guys to act at least SOMEWHAT intelligently with Sonic Generations. But you didn't. You fucking didn't. Confused about the paths and where you're supposed to go? Dude. Run forward. The paths are there so they reward your patience, not to make the level a maze.
There's a good fucking reason everyone agrees that Generations is good. So get your heads out of your asses, put your nostalgiafag bias about Sonic (3D never works herp derp what is Colors and Generations) to the side, act like a normal human being, and give it a fair review.

Nick's hyperbole concerning Uncharted 3's aiming is ridiculous. Like holy shit, Terrible, Awful? I could not disagree more. Beat it on Hard and never had any issues, never died multiple times on anything, except that one sequence near the end. (You know what I am talking about.) I enjoyed the firefights as well, but Naughty Dog has come out and said the aiming was the same, they are working out a patch so hopefully you can try to cope with the aiming more. Then again you say you didn't enjoy U2's combat neither, agree to disagree.
