This weeks podcast loses it's fourth chair early on in the show thanks to a rather unprofessional temper tantrum! On the bright side, Nick, Brad and Jack keep it real and opt to stick around and keep things interesting with discussion of games like Rage, Gears of War 3, Rochard, and The Binding of Isaac. To my delight, there is even some Dexter talk in there for good measure!

Just finished the first season of Dexter... I'm digging it.
The PSN PS2 games are really tempting. I really wish I had the time to catch up with all the games I never got to play in my youth. I can't even get around to a lot of current games!
Concerning dreamscapes... All I can think of is Psychonauts. Sequel please! And a movie I can watch over and over again is The Fall, so I guess the whole switching from storyteller to story metasetting would be cool... Although I'm almost positive it's already been done in games. I can't remember. I guess Shattered Memories is one way to approach it.
Orcs Must Die! is looking pretty good. I really like their "interactive" YouTube video. Sigh, Microsoft Points...
Anyways, great podcast again! Hope you guys qualify for the Podcast Awards and that Jack gets into The Tester!

Less talk from Brad and his shitty indie games, more talk on substantial games. Its good to hear about XBLA and PSN downloadable's for a while but it seems lately its been like 10 minutes on big name games, compared to an hour and half on Brad explaining the same shitty puzzle game with a new name. I'm more then sure, ill get hate but eh, suck it.

Is it just me, or did some of that Christian stuff seemed forced? For example, the way a character was talking about god and the punishment he will give to sinners. I don't know

We have a lot on our plates right now so hopefully the show can find it's groove (spelling?) again by the end of the year. With the move and site restructuring that we are working on, there is a lot to try and keep up with. Anywho, thanks to everyone for sticking with us!

I highly approve of the Dexter digression - well done! Regarding the "return to form" in Season 6 - if that's true, I think I'm going to enjoy it immensely, since I can't see how the melodrama and angst can possibly escalate after Season 5. Though I wouldn't mind a certain female protagonist in Season 5 making a reappearance after an abrupt departure...
I agree with Greg the Keg about the changing participants - cycling people in and out actually makes the show more fun to look forward to, as each subgroup's dynamic is slightly different. Of course, having everyone around is also a bash.
Lastly, just wanted to echo everyone's thanks for continuing to run the site/podcast despite busy schedules and work :D
