'Batman Arkham City' Gets a Gameplay Trailer

Looks bonerific! the only thing I didn't like was that gargoyle at the end there.

Holy crap, if this trailer is at least a little true I think they might be onto something here.

Talk about unfitting music, no big motif for this game either then? Disappointed as I am in that, if they give an unlockable batsuit that's closer to the Nolan movies(all black) then I'll be a happy camper. Gameplay looks like a genuine step up from AA.

Music reminded me of Borderlands and is it just me, or is Catwoman's face kinda creepy looking? I say she should keep her mask on. >_>

That said, the game looks to be kinda interesting, though I don't think I've seen enough of it to form any kind of opinion yet.

Its strange, from what I've seen from screenshots it seems that they chose the least flattering five seconds to show catwoman in this trailer. I was starting to get concerned that getting around AC would be a hassle but from the looks of it the gliding and grappling should be somewhere along the lines of just cause 2. Also digging the neon in the fog, a nice touch.

P.S. harleyquin keeps getting hotter and hotter.

Arkham Asylum with knobs on would suit me fine, so this looks fine to me. Seems to really open up the vertical playing field as well.

My only problem with the trailer is the music. Sure it's a cool song but it doesn't really fit the tone of Batman very well. I would expect something a little darker sounding.

And that scan thing he did looks like that unlockable item in MGS4, where you stab it into a dude's neck and you can see his buddies.

Dunno why some people are turned off by the music, I find it very nice.
I might check this one out. Only rented the Arkham Asylum one. Maybe this is a buy?

Nice, seems like there'll be alot more grappling and flying with the cape in this game, always a plus when it comes to Batman. Definitely will be looking forward to this.

The game looks fantastic. The diving, gliding and grappling kind of reminded me of Just Cause 2.
