Day two of the Nintendo World 2011 event belonged to Capcom. Two presentations showcased the three games Capcom currently has planned for the Nintendo 3DS. Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, Resident Evil: Revelations, and The Mercenaries 3D all received some quality stage time. I'll list a couple factoids but the presentations really speak for themselves.
Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition:

- Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition (Starts 7:30)
-All 35 characters from Super Street Fighter IV are available, each with 3 costumes.
-Touchscreen contains 4 macro buttons for special moves, can be operated with the thumb.
-Online play allows for matches anywhere in the world, spectating is also available.
-Two different camera angles available. Standard 2d view and an angled "3d view" used to take advantage of the 3d effects.
-The game will be a 3DS launch title.
Not much to comment on. Besides the macro button's and camera angles the game seems no different from its console counterpart. The second stage presentation was dedicated to the two Resident Evil games for the 3DS.
Resident Evil: Revelations & The Mercenaries 3D
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPApCMELJA0
- Resident Evil: Revelations (Starts 4:10, Gameplay 9:30)
-Stylus is not needed to play the game.
-Sliding your thumb on the touchscreen operates the camera controls.
-Holding down the Right Shoulder button brings up your weapon. While your weapon is up the Circle Pad controls aiming and the Left Shoulder button can be held down to move.
-The ship isn't the only environment players will explore.
-More emphasis on horror.
- The Mercenaries 3D (Starts 14:15)
-Player can move and shoot similarly to Resident Evil: Revelations.
-Mercenaries' stages from Resident Evil 4 are available.
-Touchscreen contains the map and inventory. Tapping on an item activates it.
-Online co-op is available.
I think it should be noted that in both demonstrations the player deliberately aimed for the legs because he didn't want to play "violently". I guess exploding heads where a no no for the stage presentation. The Mercenaries 3D was last reported at 70% complete while Resident Evil: Revelations was only 20% complete.
Today is the last day of the Nintendo World 2011 event and developer Level-5 is scheduled for a stage presentation. Expect some information on that soon.

Looking at the RE games, I get a more "RE survivor" then RE4 and 5 feel, which i like. ya, survivor was a shit game but the idea of it i liked, plus going into first person does make a little more sense when your can't move (focuing on aiming?)
mercinaries doesn't really interest me though. i played through the main story of RE4 tons of times but i never got that drive to do the mercinary missions. meh.

Is Jill's arm too skinny compared to RE5 to anyone else? Surprised the recoil doesn't snap her arms.

it's getting harder and harder to resist getting the 3DS at launch.

I'm looking forward to checking out the new Revelations game. I like how its more focused on horror and the aiming is first person view. I've played some games in Mercenaries and I DEFINITELY love the taunting that's in the new one, don't know why but love the taunting. Overall, I'm on edge waiting for more info about RE: Revelations!

I'm not too happy with the camera angle on street fighter 4. The game is mostly about spacing and it doesnt look like you can judge distance very well with the new perspective. I hope you can do random online matches without friend codes too. Also, it seemed like the dude had trouble with the aiming in RE. =/
