Valve only makes copyrights in order to protect themselves from legal action. I don't recall them ever filing a DMCA lawsuit, and in their TF2 character videos, you can see their "trademark" as "Copyright Valve lolololol" (literally, that's what it says during the title card.)

I can guarantee Valve won't press charges against Blizz. Blizz may try to press charges now that they're owned by Activision, however.

I think we should have a description for this podcast since it makes everything easier to reference back to and looks really nice instead of just a download link. It would be appreciated very much. :D
