    David, In Dead Rising RT to pull up the gun, Left stick to aim. LT brought up the camera. You probably didn't like the shooting in Dead rising was because it was useless, against zombies and ESPECIALLY bosses. The controls were COMPLETELY revamped, the movement was smoother, the LT and right stick to aim, and melee was way less strict.

    Also, in DR1, default when you aimed, it pointed in the direction the character was facing. You can change it in the options it made it so much easier. In DR2 The default was when you aimed, it went to the direction you were looking with the camera.
