Can't wait to hear your impressions of Dead Rising 2 on the next podcast David! I love the games personally, I find the time limit exciting, the achievements fun and I see no problem with the save system? Do people remember when games didn't have a save whenever feature?

Also, Sir Colin Half life is also my favorite game.

Glad to see you extremely excited about gaming David. I'm sure Rock Band 3 will be on that list in the near future as well. Also I'm happy you are going to play Banjo Nuts and Bolts, If I recall correctly you were a huge fan of classic collect-a-thon platformers in the past. Well I consider Nuts and Bolts the complete 100% evolution of that genre. Its sad a lot of people dismissed it because it wasn't a traditional platformer. It really was a complete breath of fresh air to that stale genre yet still keeps a lot of elements of old platformers while even parodying the more trivial aspects those types of games had. If i can give you any advice its just stick with it. I promise you won't be disappointed if you see it through til the end.

That's dogshit, David. For shame.

To be honest David, even though you probably already are aware of this, I think you may have some trouble staying focused on and ultimately beating Lords of Shadow. I've been playing it pretty intensely the past days and man it gets kinda drawn out and repetitive. Though it may be a weird complaint, the game is just too long for a God of War-esque action game. I'm just trudging through and almost waiting for it to end so I can play some more Starcraft 2 before Fallout comes out.

Almost every game up on your list has some unique features and hooks that I believe will appeal to your tastes and will keep you interested, except Lords of Shadow...

You're making good progress, David. How far are you into VC 2?

I'm extremely interested in what everyone has to say about Enslaved... I'm enjoying it a lot so far. :)

Just got done with Epic Yarn, and I must say, that game is definitely going in my Top 10(or even top 5) of this year. Really looking forward to see how you and other 4PP members feel about it. I'll be going back to Epic Yarn later on in the year to unlock some goodies.

But for now, its onto Vanquish! Rocket-slide Hoooooo~
