Still not a believer in Vanquish? It was Joseph's, and Corvus's, and my playable Game of the Show for E3 2010. And while some a couple of the earlys trailer and journalist's E3 gameplay footage hasn't been great, below are some trailers, previews, and gameplay clips to help finally win you over.

The QTE's kind of threw me off in the beginning, because all the stuff in the QTE's are actions I'd actually like to do in the game... but Vanquish has just as much action and bad-assery going on outside of the QTE's from what I've seen so far; it's easily forgiven!
    I'm buying first day!

I don't know why, but bullet time takes awesome to the next level in my opinion..i think Vanquish is up my alley now looking at these. Thanks Brad!

That bullet time is almost as sexy as Bayonetta :P

This takes the idea of "super soldier" to a whole new level... And it looks like there also an "evil" version of you with the same suite, as seen at the end of the first video. I'm excited for those fights, since I've already fallen in love with Jeanne fights from Bayonetta.

Midair slow-mo sniper rifle zoom firing....genius.

Deffinitive buy for me. Headshotting people with a sniper while jumping in slow-mo is very badass in itself

I'm not feelin' the love. What's with the bullet time? Part of what makes action games so fun is having to keep up with the insane pace, not having a "this is too hard everyone slow down" button. And quick time events? Come on.

On the bright side, if this sells well, we'll see some more games like this that don't pull any punches. Devil May Cry 5, anyone?

Man that paragraph you wrote killed your chances at selling me on games. Take some English courses at your local college.
