I haven't tried it yet, but I hear the improvement has been significant. Any personal reports? I've been hearing it's about where Street Fighter 4 is at, if not better. Sadly, something tells me my already troublesome Julia will be rendered completely useless with even the slightest bit of input lag online.
The real problem is I still will not be able to play this mode while broadcasting, as the broadcast will kill my ping. I will try this soon off the feed, and I'll be sure to talk about it on the show this week.

It's definitely better. As long as you don't fight players with 3 bars or lower of course. 4 to 5 bars are pretty flawless for the most part.
The only downside is that it takes a tad longer to search for an opponent.

After the patch, I played at least 20 matches, all with NO visual lag, and no (noticeable) input lag. The patch pretty much fixed everything. I have no complaints.

Agreed it's much better. A hell of a lot less lag, and also a nice added abilities to cancel matches after seeing the connection strength, and pick the region to find your matches. Though I've been losing more matches now because I suck at the game, there is no lag (with good connections) I can complain about.

I doubt many people are still playing Tekken 6, let alone online......

The only difference I've noticed is that you can now search by location in ranked matches. I've never really had much problem with lag though since I mostly do player matches with people on green connections.

It is definitely much more improved especially after the patch. I haven't really experienced much lag after the patch.

It works. Just straight up works. I'm impressed they got it right in such a short amount of time.
