So im not the only one... i dont have to say much about it, just that i saw it and have the same feeling, reason? i get more scared by these kind of movies than the ring type movies, or the creature movies.

Wow, I had no idea any of the 4Players smoked. That is very interesting. I'd probably have to have one too though from what I've heard of the film.

I'm a big horror movie fan and I just watched it today in theaters. I can't sleep and I have the lights on. I haven't done this in years, this movie seriously scared the shit out of me more than anything else.

Oh, and this movie scared me so bad, I am going to stop even watching horror movies...for a looooooong time.

It didn't spook me all that much. I think I would have rather watched zombieland.

This movie just arrived in a theatre near me.. ive never been one for scary movies but i may see this just because everyones has said so much about it... *sigh* im deffinatley going to regret this >.<

I loved this movie. I've never been this scared to go to sleep after watching a movie before. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out lol.

I have to say, I was a little disappointed by it. The movie was intensely creepy and very atmospheric but I really wouldn't say scary. Could just be because I don't believe in ghosts/spirits/demons/whatever, but who knows. I loved the movie - thought it was great but it didn't scare me the way i was hoping it would.

Are you guys serious? Im the biggest pussy ever when it comes to scary movies and this didnt scare me AT ALL. The only interesting or scary part was the last 5 minutes, besides that, it was just like random thumps or a door slamming.

Damnit I want to see this movie. I've been hearing about it all week, and my buddies went to see it last night. One of my friends said basically the same thing about it that you did, Nick. He had an adredeline rush that lasted him a few hours from seeing the movie.

I'm partly interested in watching this movie just to see if it actually will scare me. Movies just don't scare me, and I also don't believe in ghosts. It will be interesting.

I'm also just in the mood for horror. Must be because of holloween or something.

Oh man, I've heard a lot about this movie lately and after reading this I now have an urge to see it. And yet at the same time my mind and body says that I absolutely shouldn't. Damn, I'm gonna have to see this...

Couldn't even watch the whole damn trailer, I think I will be giving this a miss, watching these kinds of movies isn't good for my well-being, and if what you have wrote is anything to go by, then this sounds terrifying.

BUT, definitely going to recommend my brother to watch it, he loves new horror releases, and I love watching him afterwards when he can't sleep due to sheer horror of the movie :P

I hate horror films with a passion. The littlest things scare the shit out of me and I hate the feeling of being scared. But I haven't felt the feeling of fear in a very long time, so I think I may just watch this.

Bleh. Reminds me of the whole Blair Witch hype, everyone acted like that movie was scary too. I just laughed my ass off at how horrible it was. I get the same vibe from watching videos of this movie. I understand that the whole gritty shaking cam effect helps people relate to the situation but it really isn't all that scary when most of the scares a pretty lame.

My friends say this is scary just because it's pure horror. Not some pure fantasy stuff like the Ring or Saw. I'm "forced" to be freaked out by the movie as it's in perspective of a camera.

P.S. I haven't watched this, just the trailer. It can be a bad judgement but I gave up on going to the theater for years.

The only thing that I didn't care for much was the ending.
Other than that, it was a great movie.

Darknezz isn't a dick, and that movie isn't scary. Only people who haven't seen a good scary movie in a long time would be frightened by a movie like that.

movie wasnt too bad. i jumped at the ending parts but that was about it.

Saw it twice. They held a free screening in seattle and Fearnet gave out free swag. Seriously good horror film in a while. Director does a good job of building tension and scaring the living shit out of you. Plus the actors were excellent. Natrual and hilarious.

Honestly i thought this movie wasn't scary at all i would suggest you go see Zombieland instead!!!, Unless you like cheesy horror movies go with this.
