Just like that, a week went by. I came with no plans and almost no place to live. Suddenly, it became one of the best weeks of my life. The things I saw and the time spent with friends I won't be able to forget them.
Before I come to Japan, I never really know what to expect. Each has been a unique experience. My last day has always been the most interesting and exciting. A later dinner with a stranger. A subway station meeting with a friend. A jazz concert with someone who I have feelings for. This time will definitely be the hardest to leave behind. I'm not exactly sure why but I think it mostly has to do with the fact that things really worked out for me this time. Things fit into place and I felt most at home. After a day of unfamiliarity, Japan began to infiltrate my daily actions and I became almost a completely different person. And I like this person. I will miss this person. I don't want to lose this person.
The future is unclear. How will I take these experiences and put them into my daily life. Will I hold true to the things that are important to me? Or will they be forgotten once I reach the hustle and bustle of my daily Austin life?
Time is forever moving. It waits for no one. I don't even have enough to correctly put into words my true feelings. My flight leaves in a few hours and the train will take most of that time. So I bid you good-bye, Japan. I can only say that I hope to see you again, in the future.

Damn man...you look fucking great. You pulled off the long hair really well, but damn...short hair really suits you too. Glad you had a good time. I usually come here looking for gaming related stuff but its nice to be reminded that great experiences and life long memories are what life is really about in the long run.

I liked the long hair on you, but you definitely look good with both. Interesting.
Also, it's not easy to say goodbye to japan, but at least you know you can go back pretty often, especially if you meet new people every time you go. Sounds like you had a lot of fun, lucky bastard. :[

i'm liking the haircut. would you ever consider moving to japan or is that too big of a step?

David, there is always next year, so don't worry. You will always enjoy Japan with this passion of yours, and each time you leave and comeback, it will only get better.

I don't get it why don't you try to move to Japan, I now is difficult but if it's what you want then go forward, if you are happy in there go and don't look back.

How expensive is it living in Japan? I've heard that it can be brutal. How much was that haircut?
Glad that you enjoyed your trip, man.

It's always hard leaving a place that you love, especially with all the memorable experiences you had. It's good to hear that you loved your trip to Japan. You shouldn't be sad about leaving, but instead, you should be excited for another visit if you plan to.

David, I have to ask. are you a poet? Because what you were saying and the way you said it was really clever.

I hope the next time you broadcast you have some stories to tell about you time there! Oh, and this girl you went to the concert with, she sounds interesting. xD

Oh wandering, I didn't go see a concert with her. I went to a jazz bar to see her sing live. She was Wow.
