This is that side scrolling shadow platformer for WiiWare I was talking about on the last show. The 3d foreground casts a shadow on the background which appears to be the only "ground" your character can interact with. You also appear to have the ability to control the angle of the light source, thereby changing the shadows in the background, and thereby affecting the level you jump around in. Looks cool.

Oh wow, when you mentioned it I thought you meant a silhouetted game like Nifflas' upcoming Night game (and countless other games that have done it). But this is actually a mechanic and not just a graphical style. Looks to have potential.

Wow that's a pretty good idea for a game, looks like it could be a lot of fun. almost seems like it could have some shadow puzzles, very interesting.

It looks like i will a lot of fun with this game just like Braid and NyxQuest. I like the idea of controlling other elements beside the main character, like time or other objects in the environment. Controlling the direction of light and the shadow is a wonderful idea, i like this type of games coming on the Wii, it will benefit the console in the long run. I really want to be able to play Trine already too.

Looks unique, there's a lot of potential here for puzzles and environments.

I really like the idea behind all of this, but the trailer is too short and they don't show enough gameplay footage long enough for me to really see what's going on.

I like it, but I want to see more.

it looks okay and it has potential, but so far it looks like it plays just line any normal platformer

I agree with Fabbit, I didn't see how the light affects the the whole "platform" thing. It looks very simple. unless the boss is a light bulb, don't worry about me getting that game.

Looks like a cool concept but I worry about the main level interfering with your view of the shadows making it a bitch to play with cheap deaths. I worry.

Very interesting concept. I hope changing the light/shadow angles helps lead the development to puzzle-solving levels and not necessarily just for flattening shadows so you can climb on them. I'm interested, at least.
