For those who have listened to the newest Dinner Time Podcast, this is the tank chase scene I was talking about. Man, I watched this in high school. Most you kids probably weren't even old enough to remember.

Peace,
David

Damn, Bond really tore that city up.

Pierce Brosnan is probably one of my top 007's, and honestly, with this scene, you can see why.

I remember being obsessed with this movie (and the game!) when it first came out. Makes me want to dig out the old 64 and go at it...

I saw this movie just a few weeks ago, honestly that chase was insane, right up there with the Bourne car chases and the Transporter chases.

Wow. It's been a long time since I've seen Goldeneye.. Nostalgia anyone?

Epic scene haha. Just this one movie made Pierce my favourite Bond.

It's kinda sad that Martin Campbell doesn't direct more JAmes Bond films to be honest. He's only done two (This and Casino Royale), yet they manage to at least get in the top 5 easily. Or are at least the best films of that Bond actors career. He manages to really craft an interesting Bond film with the material given. Also, the man knows how to shoot a kick ass action scene. Shame the later Pierce films went down in quality *Tries to erase Die Another Day from mind*

Trivia: This isn't the only time Pierce Brosnan has been in a tank as Bond. The second time was during the video game Everthing or Nothing, which really is underrated (Goldeneye might be the best FPS of its time, but EoN is exactly what a Bond game should be like).

Is it sad that I remember the game much better than the movie?

I have to laugh at the Soviet villain swigging booze in the back of his get-away car.

I'm old enough to remember hearing Brosnan announced as Bond. You might remember my reaction as the sound of disgust heard round the world.

I remember that. That was sooo cool when I was a kid.

I've always loved the Pierce Brosnan bond movies. Sean Connery is a douche.

I have this movie and I saw it in theaters. I was about eight at the time, though. I also remember Famke Janssen being on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and it was kinda awkward 'cause he had her put her legs around him like in the movie.
Also I played the game non-stop and had 4-player matches all the time.

Bond in a tank was so cool that they put a tank scene in NightFire. Of course that whole scene was kinda meh but it was definatly influenced by Goldeneye.
