I Don't Get It.

So as far as I know, Klonoa is out on store shelves already. It's priced at 29.99 for the Wii. I was seriously debating picking up this game and playing it. I played it at TGS and was fairly unimpressed. I didn't have much time with it being that there was a line, but so I tried it again for the PSX last month, it's a remake of the original. Still, I don't get why it's so sought after. I play platfomers all the time. Sure it's kind of rare, but gameplay wise there's not much new now. I still don't get it. Did I just miss the boat? Or do I need to get further before it really kicks in?
