Monster Hunter and Phantasy Star belong to a game type that I'm pretty unfamiliar with. I guess it's classified as semi online RPG. I've always wanted to give one of these a try but never have gotten the motivation to learn the ins and outs.
I've thought about trying out the Xbox 360 version in the past and if not for the extra fees on top of Xbox Live costs, that would have been the first one I tried. The Dreamcast one had been long gone when I started getting interested in the genre. The MMO also interested me but I've tried to forget about that part of my gaming experiences.
So now on to Monster Hunter. Juan and I started talking about starting Monster Hunter Freedom 2 on the PSP.
