Here is what Brad is thinking.

1. PROFESSOR MOTHER FUCKING LAYTON 2 FINALLY CONFIRMED FOR NORTH AMERICA!!! EVERY PUZZLE HAS AN ANSWER!! AND EVERY GAME HAS A RELEASE BITCHES!!!!

2. I'm also officially getting a DSI. Why? Because Nintendo made it so with their recent announcement of "DSI enhanced cards" and "DSI only cards". I have no choice now. AND IT'S THE SAME FUCKING HARDWARE. FUCKING BITCHES! AND 170??? BAH!


3. There has been a Top 5 list I have never been comfortable finalizing. I had never been satisfied narrowing the list down due to me having played so many games, and so much of my love for a lot of those soundtracks driven by nostalgia. But I am now 100% convinced now that the original soundtrack for the first Suikoden is on my list of Top 5 Video Game Sountracks ever. Easily. Want to hear it? You can download the whole game for 5.99 onto your PSP or PS1.


4. The recent series of videos released by Volition for Red Faction 3 showcasing the different weapons make me cringe. I feel embarrassed for the developers. I feel embarrassed for the game. And I'm worried these videos will give people the wrong impression about the game. I would post them... but I'm too embarrassed. The game will still be awesome people! Future Online Night game of choice confirmed.


5. Read some more in depth details on the Final Fantasy 13 battle system here. Sounds fast paced and fresh. I honestly cannot wait, but I'm more curious as to how the skills/abilities/magic system and growth works in the game and how it affects the battles. While other RPG franchises make small adjustments to or iterations on proven battle systems throughout a series, it's Square's drive to innovate or at least be different from game to game with their battle and skill systems that makes playing new Final Fantasy games so refreshing.
