Curiosity Killed The Cat

I'm a pretty big DS fan. But recently I've been starved for something to play on the little portable that could. I'm not sure if it because of that reason or because I'm actually interested, but I'm considering pick up one of these DS titles.

Ok, so THQ and Drawn to Life, it's a little shaky of a purchase for 30 bucks. I've heard it's like tower defense, which I've never played but heard of mentioned many times. Plus I love the artwork on the cover.

On the other hand, horrible crappy cover art. At first glance it looks like a novel or crappy PC software. It's a Touch Generations Game so it's got me a little worried by the simplicity catered towards "non-gamers." But it is something new and different, so I'm somewhat interested to try it out. Also, the 20 dollar price tag is my magic number.

Anyone playing these can let me know if they're any good?
