Fallout 3 Gameplay and Impressions - Part 4

This video starts off well. I was worried about the indoor environment variety in Fallout 3, as it the caves and tombs of Oblivion got extremely repetitive, but this looks cool.

I still think the real time combat looks pretty lame. The game doesn't even reward the player with the badass kill animations the VATS system can lead to. Also looks at the guy not really react...

WOMYFMFOMG A POWER FIST????? HOLY SHIT HE JUST PUNCHED THAT DUDES HEAD OFF. OMG HE DID THE SAME TO THAT PUNK CHICK!!!! PUNK IS DEAD BITCHES!!!!!!! NOTE TO SELF: NEW LIFE GOAL IS TO MAKE REAL LIFE POWER FIST!

...Lock picking and hacking seem fine enough. My only big concern here is that it doesn't become as tedious and repetitive as the hacking in Bioshock.

Not he is using real time combat again. I don't like how the AI is reacting to it either. Seems awkward. This is also the kind of thing I doubt will be fix...

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD HE JUST SHOT THEY GUYS HEAD OFF WITH A NAIL GUN!!! DEAR GOD HIS HEAD IS NAILED TO THE WALL! THIS ISN'T YOU KIDDY FANTASY GAME ANYMORE KIDS!! BWAHAHAHAHAA!!

Also some seriously nice grenade effects.

I want Fallout 3 in my pants NOW!
