Cover Art Comparison - Turtles in TIME

Nostalgia aside, this game is still one of the greatest brawlers ever. Before you watch David and I play through Turtles in Time this week, check out how crazy different these two covers are.

Here is the Japanese cover:

Ok, these are the lovable, wise cracking, pizza scarfing turtles we all know and love. Though mutants on the outside, you can tell they are just like you and I deep down. Just brothers who love each other. Seeing this cover lets the gamer know he or she will play a fun little romp through the mean streets of ...wherever the hell the Ninja Turtles beat up thugs.

And these turtles rape and pillage small villages in between sessions of eating pizza off the corpses of dead pizza delivery men.
