So now we're heading into May and we're approaching the notorious summertime drought. Sure there's a few titles like MGS4 and Ninja Gaiden II to be excited about, but like all summers, this one is sure to be used to finish games that have been piling up. What really worries me is what is coming out this fall for us to get excited about. The last few years have been filled with system launches and hordes of new releases of new properties and sequels. Each year has been in contention for the "best" year in video game history. But does this year even have a chance to live up to the name? The potential is there. There are plenty of big name titles on the horizon, but they won't come out this year. We'll be lucky if Fable 2, Gears 2, or Spore make it this year. Don't even mention Final Fantasy XIII or Fallout 3 or even StarCraft II.I 'm not trying to be negative or bum anyone out. I guess my real question is What are we going to do this year?
Slightly worried,
David
PS - I am picking up Wii Fit in a few weeks.
