Indie developer Playdead's first game, Limbo, was a great little title. Atmospheric, engaging, and mysterious, it was a wonderful experience to play through. Playdead's next up at bat, INSIDE, has been revealed and it looks to be just as good as its predecessor, albeit maybe a bit samey. Gameplay looks to be similar, solving puzzles, traversing the world, and trying not to get killed in various horrific ways.

While gameplay is always important, artistic games like Limbo and INSIDE are significant because of the experiences they give us. Sometimes it's nice to just stand back in awe of those wow moments that gives you chills. They push the medium forward by giving us something other then the next money grab "I am the ultimate badass and I need to save the world" experience. I can't wait to see what Playdead has in store for their next outing and it seems like some of you can't wait either.

Looks legit. Limbo guys making a Limbo-ish game #4PNE3

A slightly less creepier Limbo? Ok #4PNE3

Releasing sometime in 2015, INSIDE will come out first as a timed exclusive for the Xbox One.

All I can think is "Man, the death animations are gonna seem way more brutal with a kid who is not in silhouette."

I'll wait for PC, like I did for Limbo.

Generally I'm not a fan of indie games...but this looks interesting.

Looked a bit too samey for my tastes.

I really enjoyed Limbo and this is looking really nice as well. I wonder how many times I'll die in this game.
