Weekend is here! Games are here! We are here!

Joseph Christ:
Finished up Captain America: Super Soldier and found it to be a really fun little game. Ididn't expect it to be as tight and deep as it was. Consider it a poor man's Arkham Asylum...but with Captain America. Other than that I might try to play some more Cathrine but my will to get through that game is fairly depleted, and my PS2 backlog is looking more alluring to me at the moment.

Nick Henderson:
I just finished up Bastion this week but I'm already knee deep into Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet. I don't know what I was expecting but I certainly didn't expect a lite metroidvania! I've heard it is short so I'll probably catch up with From Dust when I finish. I'll keep chugging through Fallout new Vegas in my downtime too.

Nolan Hedstrom:
I am puzzled by this weekend, it is going to be INSANE! I'll be racking my brain on some puzzles in Catherine, these things get crazy! Probably my least favorite part of the game to be honest. I am really enjoying the story as it unfolds night after night. I will also be navigating the dark twists and turns that make up the world of Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet. I enjoy simplistic games that don't need to tell you much and just let you play, this game fulfills that desire. I also purchased ITSP through the MS store so I got The Maw for free. I have never played it before so I might play that a bit and see what it's all about.

David Liao:
This weekend I feel like a captive developing stockholm syndrome. Catherine pissed me off to no end. At points I hated it. I still think some of the design of that game is horrible, but all I can do is think about pushing around more blocks. I think I may even buy it. If I have time I'll try to finish Wolfenstein and maybe start up Bastion again.

Carlos Ottino:
This weekend I will attempt to finish up Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet in order to write a review and pass out a verdict. Is it good? Bad? We'll have to wait and see ;) Also, I have been playing Demon's Crest on my PC using a PS3 controller (melting pot, yo) and it is as hard as I remember it. As usual, a couple setlists of DJ Hero 2 as I work towards 5 starring the game on hard and hopefully some God of War collection as well. Wow. I don't think I've played Call of Duty in ages. Maybe that's a good thing.

Bought DJ Hero 2 off Amazon.com when Carlos tweeted that shit a couple of weeks ago, and now I'm enjoying the benefits of that surprisingly enjoyable game. Even with the bulkiness of the turntable, I can work through it. Aside from that, I got Vampire: Masquerades on Steam. I ain't no big PC gamer, so I never got around to this in my youth. Getting into that shit now.

I'm trying to finish up the first Half-Life and its expansion so I can move on to greener pastures with Half-Life 2. That's taking up most of my time, but I've been making time for Mirror's Edge, Crayon Physics Deluxe, and VVVVVV in between crowbar sessions.

I have been playing the demo of the original Deus Ex. Im now on the 2nd mission pack. It really is a fun game, even though I couldn't get it down at first. I also played the demo of the 1st since I saw the Fallout classic collection and it was alright, Im so used to Fallout 3 that I need some getting used to. the last 2 demos were Fallout tactics and Diablo 2, but for some reason they won't install properly. Old pc gaming is taking over so far on my side.

Just finished modding Morrowind with that Mod Compilation that came out this year. 2 and a half hours to get it up to most recent patch, (my 2nd try), worth it to play one of the best RPGs of my childhood though.

Been playing Diablo 2 lately. Beat Catherine not too long ago. And probably some TF2 mixed in with LA Noire from time to time.

Also, George the Animal Steele. God, I haven't seen him in forever.

I finally decided to play Deus Ex and am having a blast. Hopefully I can make good progress before the 23rd. I'm also replaying Dragon Age: Origins and remaking my "canon Warden" to import into DAII.

I just bought Max Payne, Beyond Good and Evil, and Shadows of Rome so I'm starting all of those, and I have to try and squeeze in Borderlands and finish it up as I'm nearing to the end.

I went to my local library to borrow "Cars 2: The Videogame". At first, I borrowed it for easy trophies, but to my surprise, Cars 2 is actually a pretty decent game and I'm enjoying it a lot. It may be for kids but, don't be fooled, it's really enjoyable. To me, it's a lot like Diddy Kong Racing for the Nintendo 64. But that game was pretty hard at times and so is this game. There's plenty of modes to play, and there's even some depth to how you build meter for boosting and such. I could go on and on, but long story short, I'm almost done the game. At the very least, it's a game for easy trophies/achievements, but give it a shot if you like simple but fun racing games.

As seems to be the case with me at the moment, time shall be spent finishing up Bastion, From Dust and my newly-arrived Import of Catherine.
I'll also be playing some Terraria, since a couple friends I know picked it up recently.

I also pre-ordered my Skyrim Limited edition for that bonus stuff, even though I know in my heart of hearts I'll be buying and playing the PC version.

Want to finish up the original Splinter Cell now that I've found it buried under some things in my room. Such a great game it was, and it holds up surprisingly well to today's standards. Have recently started playing Battlefield P4F and am pleasantly surprised with how good it is. Reminds me of the good ol' days of Battlefield, before the console-fied Bad Company games came out (which, honestly, the originals are leaps and bounds better than). Team Fortress 2 has held my attention as well. Hopefully soon I'll be buying Fallout New Vegas, too.
