Weekend! What are You Playing?

I'm finishing up Catherine and playing my first playthrough of Persona 3. Might start up Yakuza 2 once I finish Catherine. I've been on a ps2 roll lately.

Starcraft Broodwar and Vampire the Masquarade.

Shining Force: Sword of Hajya & Morrowind, and then I felt fallout 3-sick and decieded to do the missions I didn't do.

Finished Limbo tonight, not sure what I'll be playing for the rest of the weekend. Continuing my evil Fallout 3 run? Perhaps picking Bioshock up again? Or digging out Red Dead Redemption and/or Little Big Planet 2, after long, long breaks.

Joseph u have to finish catherine...i really hope u get the "bad"? ending......cuz the shit is hilariously awesome. I found that catherine is a must on easy....normal is a bitch on the later levels

Finishing up Catherine here. I enjoy talking around to people and texting, but it feels too contrived sometimes. Maybe I just suck at puzzle games, but I had to bump the difficulty to easy. Even then, I was still getting pretty damn frustrated. Shattered a power outlet when I threw the fuck outta my phone at it lol. The story's pretty baller though. That's really the only thing that's keeping me going.

Super Meat Boy for me. Going to try my best to unlock The Kid without tearing my hair out.

Heroes of Newerth just went free-to-play, so I am going to give that a try tonight and see how the game is. Other than that I have been leveling up and exploring Oblivion before I open the gates, so I will probably do some more of that this weekend. I will probably try to get a few matches of LoL in as well this weekend, especially if I am not really liking HoN.

Resisting the urge to pre-order Saints Row: The Third because I feel like a deal will pop up sooner or later that is more worthwhile, we're still a really long way out but I'm starting to get hyped for that game.

I'll be playing some Capsized since it was introduced to me on the feed and went on Steam sale today and probably some more New Vegas or some Oblivion this weekend as well.

I'm playing Resonance of Fate! I was told it takes around 15-20 hours to complete..
There are 16 chapters, I'm stuck on chapter 4, 21 hours into the game.
*sigh*
I am enjoying it though, but I haven't level grinded like this since FFVII.

Some Bad Company 2 this weekend.

Looking forward to playing Red Steel 2 and unleashing my inner swordsman. Might play a little Spirit Tracks on the side.

I'll be playing more Catherine. Already beat it(I got the True Lover ending for Katherine) but I want to try to see the other endings. I'll also be playing From Dust. Puzzle games? Hooray!

I'm gonna keep playing through Gladius for the GCN, and play some TF2, Battlefield:BF2 and some Fear.

I'll be playing Minecraft and some TF2.

I've just finished Half-Life 2 today, and I'm in the middle of playing KOTOR 1 and will then be moving on to the 2nd

Playing Xenosaga Ep. 3 this weekend. Hopefully getting into Catherine too. :D

I am playing god hand on hard and I am getting my ass handed to me

I've already started playing Fallout: New Vegas, and really enjoying it. I kind of want to try and play something else as well this weekend, but I haven't figured out what that is yet.

Sometimes I do think Catherine has control issues...well, I've died more than I can count because of said odd controls decision...but the game is refreshing in its more mature approach to decisions, story and (especially) themes.

The game itself is one giant metaphor, and pretty much all very true - a little sad even. The moral bar that you see from time to time, I think, isn't even really supposed to be a true indicator of what is right or wrong, but an indicator according to the sort of plastic world of relationships and responsibility we have created for ourselves. The decisions you make are the black and white paths that we feel we can only choose within these tight spaces and blocks, so no middle choices are really given to us.

You also begin to notice that inside this dream/nightmare world you get to see who Vincent really is...there aren't really restrictions or choke holds on his character. He's given an extreme situation of survival and his character is revealed to his full potential...of course it's up to the player to decide what his real intentions are. The sheep in that world are either the competitors or companions as he climbs trying to reach his goal.

Well, so far I'm enjoying it anyway. I think I just beat stage 5 the other night...the ice stage. Probably nearly broke my controller on a few occasions, but it was nice to have a little challenge in my game for once. I wonder what they have in store for me in the next nightmare.

oh and what am I playing this weekend...hah...uh...well obviously going to try to play some more Catherine.

I recently got the humble bundle, so I ended up play VVVVVV the day I got it...I think I've almost finished it...got one more V person to find. Maybe I'll try out one of the other games that came in the pack.

JUST starting to play the red dead redemption single player story, even though I bought it basically the week it came out. I'm Really enjoying it so far. The world feels alive, and I like that you have to (mostly) live with the decisions you've made. Everything just happens, and if you don't react fast enough, sometimes you missed your chance. Like the time someone told me that his friend was about to be hanged, and I got there - took out a few baddies, while trying to shoot the rope of his friend...but it was too late. -sigh- I tried. I think I've decided I'm going to be a good guy, but a bad guy when no one's looking. Like when I stole the deed of someone's land, out away from town, by killing the man, since I couldn't spare 200 dollars. Cool game...

I bought Beyond Good and Evil off of the psn last week, but I haven't touched it for a while. I'm liking it though. I have all these newer games I'd like to play more of before this game though.

Lots of Borderlands, I just got all of the DLC in it so might as well mash it through the weekend.

Finishin' up Catherine hopefully, then some Legend of Mana and maybe something else like finally completing Kingdom Hearts 1.

I like David's wota overload. I will probably try to finnish Dragon age 2 or just build more random stuff that I never use in Minecraft.

I'm back on Fallout 3, and messing with some other random games whenever I feel like it, like PS2 stuff maybe.

Well I just finished Final Fantasy 10 so that opens up plenty of room in my schedule. I want to play more Tactics Ogre (hopefully finish it). I'm not sure how far I am in the game. I might start up Bastion, too. Other than that, I still need to play more Okami, start Metal Gear Solid 3, Deus Ex, and a lot of other games. I've got a ton on my plate.

Should finish Shadows of the Damned-amned-amned tomorrow! Loving it.

Then, onto Yakuza 4, so, basically drinking with the ladies then beating the shit out of anyone who dares talk to me on the street.

I'll try to finish Jak 3 and get some cheevos on The Ballad of Gay Tony.

75% off Vampire: the Masquerade on steam? I'll give it a go, although I haven't a clue How this game works.

Just finished the Starcraft 2 campaign, will probably play some monday night combat or trenched in between bouts of drawing :)

its black ops double XP weekend and that means me and my friend from high school killin fools online in nuketown...cuz treyarch though playing the same noob level 24/7 was a good idea. So far it was worth it, I mean a prestiged for the 3rd time but no one really cares :/
