Since we're speculating...

As mentioned by others previously, there have been a couple noticeable bits of information around the site: the usage of 4Player (dropping the Podcast) as well as the call for new writers. It makes me suspicious they may be announcing their "game plan" (sorry for the pun) for the future of 4PP. What that would be, I've no idea, though I certainly hope they stick to their strong points:
1) Solid community
2) Hilarious broadcasting of new and old games.
3) Entertaining and insightful articles and podcasts.
4) Joseph

Whatever it turns out to be, you sirs have caught my attention and I will be there.
