It's a strange week for impressions. Brad tried out Anodyne 2 which is weird in the literal sense but Nick, despite his options, played through the campaign of Call of Duty: World War II. Nolan gives an update on Indivisible and Nick shares his VERY early impressions of The Surge 2. From the short list, Banjo Kazooie would get my vote. It has a good length, it's super raceable, memorable, and topical-ish with the inclusion into Smash this year.

I think it would be pretty interesting to see you "race" a stealth game, since stealth games require finesse and patience. Take Hitman Blood Money for example: with a rule everyone has to complete the level with Professional rank or better, it'd be cool to see how you all decide to go about making the hit.

They DO throw the doll away in Annabelle and it kept coming back. That's clever writing to let you know the characters are über fucked from the get-go

Would love Resident Evil 4 or Shadow of the Colossus with some Final Fantasy Midgar, but preferably would enjoy RE4 the most.
And gotta say, with how Anodyne 2 had been described during this episode, how weird it sounded, only made me want to look into it more. Cheers, fellas, for the recommendation!

Oh also, I'd just like to thank y'all for saying the name of the game again just before switching topics because I usually listen to the podcasts on my phone, so I don't get the luxury of those pretty lil overlays. That means I used to get really sad because you'd've just talked about a sick nasty game that piqued my interest but, as stated above, my insanely dookeyfied brain would be completely unable to recall 5 minutes ago when you said the name. Many tears have been shed.
