The roe was the best part. Took me about 30 seconds to figure out what the hell was going on in that part of the video.

Prep time/eating time = 10^6. This is the happy antithesis of the frozen linguine-barf-incarnate/TV dinners.

Reminds me of an episode of Fabulous Cakes on TLC where the bakers had to create a boat full of sushi made entirely of cake. Except, this method seems so much easier.
