I think the best world for me would have to be Dishonored 2. Both the level designs and lore that Arkane have created were really well done.
I kept a list of notable games that came out in 2016 and looking back on it, it's six pages long. Here's to hoping 2017 is equally as good.

HOLY SHIT! I actually won something for once in my life :D
Most Overrated
3 weeks ago I finally played INSIDE after buying it in the steam sale and I think that it is by far the most overrated game this year. When you spend 6 months hearing how amazing a game is and it turns out to be just good. I did enjoy it but It is just more Limbo but this time with color!!!
The ending was great however and I do appreciate how well the gaming community kept it a secret.
