In this section Snake has been in a coma for 9 years and so must deal with very little motor function as he and another patient must make it out of the hospital. There's almost nothing better than crawling-hospital-pants Snake and I'm currently of the conclusion that crawling-hospital-pants Snake is the best Snake there ever was.
The sequence has an almost Survival-horror feel, especially when we see the Psycho Mantis-esque creatures at around 3:40, and I'm fairly certain that this MGS is going to be much more...how do I say it...paranormal than previous installments. Personally, I'm fine with that. Anything that allows Kojima's imagination to run wild can only result in good things.

Did they official announce PS4 release, and I'm sure there will be nextBox as well since there is 360? Forcing MGS 5 to run on such an old hardware is a waste of resources at this point.
