This week I'm discussing some of the more notable game trailers from the Playstation 4 launch event. Though previous Playstation launch window line-ups have been rather infamous, I have a feeling deep down that Sony has really developed a knack for surprising us all. I for one will by watching the PS4 like a dog. Stay tuned for more Trailer Talks and witness more of the next generation of gaming as it unfolds.

Sweet trailer talk~ I'm most excited about Deep Down but I need to see a legit gameplay demo of it. Cause it didn't seem to be 100% gameplay at this point.

You mention a multiplayer aspect of Watch Dogs and you were right on the money. There was a kotaku interview and they speak about how they sneakily placed some more multiplayer hints in this gameplay demo. Maybe if you're broadcasting the game on the PS4 you can view the game through a camera. They mentioned you'd be able to give players a potion or other stuff if they were in a bind in certain games, so maybe you'd be able to hack stuff and help in the same way. Then again maybe it's more involved than that.

Take a look at the interview: http://kotaku.com/5986057/hey-watch-dogs-sneakily-showed-off-the-first-instance-of-ps4-multiplayer-last-night?tag=watch-dogs

One thing I think people are over looking about Knack, think about Little Big Planet. While it wasn't a title they showed the ps3 launching with a lot of people had the same opinions about it saying things like it looked too childish and a few people I know asked why they were even making the game. And those same people, who I play game like Battlefield and Call of Duty with love Little Big Planet. Granted, LBP has the lure of multiplayer that made it fun, but I think Knack is taking a similar route.

Deep Down... all I can say is that it looks nice. Unless Capcom comes out like sucker punch and tells us that all of that was in engine then the entire gameplay was just a big tech trailer shouting "LOOK AT THE PRETTY SHADERS AND VISUALS WE DID!" I would laugh so hard if it turned out to be a revival of the FMV, and that's all it will be to me until we get some cold hard gameplay of it. Is the game in first person? We saw the guy throw the other guy the torch. Or is it going to be in third person? The shots later in the trailer that followed the guy running down the pathway showed that. Maybe it's both like they do in an Elder Scrolls game, we just don't know though and I refuse to believe that it was anything more than a pre-rendered cut scene until they show what the game actually is.
