No, this isn't an early April fool's day joke, this is a real thing. A Canadian company called Stelulu have come up with a new kind of controller for PC games known as the Stinky Footboard. The controller, which has been in development for two years, features four programmable buttons that players can press with their feet. The idea is that secondary commands, such as throwing a grenade or changing weapons, can be accessed with greater ease by simply tilting your foot either up, down, left or right. As a means of making complex control systems feel a little more intuitive, it's a neat idea, but it doesn't come cheap. The board is currently set to launch in June at a price of $119, with pre-orders available through an upcoming Kickstarter campaign. It will also be making an appearance at PAX East this weekend, so if you're going to be at the event make sure you keep your eyes peeled for this unusual peripheral.
