A new trailer for Lego City: Undercover, an upcoming game for the Wii U, has been released. The trailer shows off more of the sandbox-style gameplay that was first unveiled at last year's E3, and features the Lego game's trademark humour.

This open-world Lego game has you playing as Chase McCain, a cop who takes to the streets to fight crime. By the looks of it, the game will allow you to take control of a number of vehicles, including cars, boats and helicopters, and will feature chicken gliding and firing pigs out of cannons. What more could you want? The trailer also displays more stylish combat than we've seen in previous Lego games.

I'm sure Lego City: Undercover will be perfectly charming, and it's nice to see a Lego game that isn't bound to a blockbuster franchise for a change. However, with the sheer number of Lego games released over the last couple of years (Lego Batman 2, Lego Lord of the Rings, Lego Pirates of the Caribbean, Lego Star Wars 3, Lego Harry Potter etc) Lego City: Undercover will really have to spice up the Lego videogame formula of 'mash X to break stuff, hold B to build stuff, walk around to collect stuff' to avoid feeling old hat. Hopefully TT Games will utilise the Wii U hardware and the open-world setting to make this Lego game stand out.

Lego City: Undercover is set for a March 18th release date. You can check out the new trailer below.

Might be worth a rent but what we need is a Lego game using Red Faction's destruction ability. I want to watch the city crumble by my tiny little "c"-shaped yellow hands buahaha.

Also lego hookers dlc. Fund it and make actual Lego sets of this! Street Corner, Strip Club, Sex Dungeon. Ages 8 - adult.
