Trailer Talk Episode 10: Quantum Chronicles Edition

I like how FF Versus XIII looks and I don't mind the Kingdom Hearts looking gameplay; not saying that in don't like it, but seems too similar. I'm getting excited for the Witcher 2 on 360 since I don't have a PC powerful enough to play it.

BTW I really like trailer talk. I get hyped for all games you guys talk about since you give me the reasons to do so. Keep up the good work.

The problem with versus is that I was hyped when they announced it and that was at the same time they announced 13 - I don't even remember the year.
His name is Noctis and I flipped out at how cool he looked when it was announced. First time I see game-play though.

Loving these trailer talks. Prey 2, Xenoblade, Witcher 2, and Verses XIII. 2012 seems to be looking pretty good.

Quantum Conundrum is also my second most anticipated game this year, after Bioshock Infinite! So excited for a new, fresh physics based puzzle game.
I'm in the UK too so Xenoblade is already out over here, but I need to wait till summer to get into a new jrpg, really excited though.
Versus & Agito are going to be day 1 purchases for me as soon as they come out over here. I believe Versus is set in Cocoon (Uh, did I get the name right?) the same world as FFXIII & that's the only link. I adore Kingdom Hearts & I love this new direction FF is taking with this!
Anyway guys keep it up, always love watching these.

For some reason when I Brad said Versus XIII I thought of XIII-2 just like David. Shows how little they've shown of Versus XIII. Most of the time I used to buy Final Fantasy games blindly but I have never been as dissapointed as when I got XIII. I know it's by a different studio but XIII really tarnished Final Fantasy's name to me. Don't know if I'll be picking up Versus on day one.

Xenoblade is awesome, I luckily had the chance to play it because I live in the UK and it's easily my second favourite game of 2011. As for Versus 13, I really like the look of it, but I doubt that it'll be coming this year unless there's some big announcement. We'll wait and see though.

Brad, I was hyped about Versus XIII. Then I had to wait year after year...and now I am all "hyped" out for that game. Is this the year that it finally comes out? Who knows, but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for it anymore.

Xenoblade looks good though. Too bad only Wii owners get to enjoy it.

The more I see of Versus 13, the more I want it. It reminds me of how much I really enjoyed Kingdom Hearts (maybe not the story but I loved the actual combat in that game. There were specific battles in that game that felt very intense and because you reacted on the fly and not in a 'paused screen' it made it even more intense). I'll look forward to the game, definitely high on my watch list.

And on a side note I want Xenoblade in my pants right now. The Gaur Plains theme is just ridiculously beautiful.

Wow, Versus XIII looks really good. I didn't know about that trailer, game sort of flew under my radar for a bit, but now I must have it.

Although I've never played a Xeno game, I'm very interested in Xenoblade, glad to see it's finally coming to North America. I'll check it out.

Very excited for PREY 2 and Quantum Conundrum. Will play through Witcher 2 when I upgrade my PC.

Versus XIII seems to have a really good setting with some basic character design when compared to other Final Fantasy games.

I already played Witcher 2 on PC but, for anyone who owns an Xbox360, I would /highly/ recommend it! It really is a fantastic game!

me liking the looks of a final fantasy game!? this is crazy I tell you!
I won't hold my hopes up tho, still has those weird looking anime characters and what looks to be a melodramatic story (which is weird to say cuz I love metal gear solid)
cautiously optimistic, especially since it doesnt have a turn based battle system!

Versus XIII will be out as early as December 2012 in Japan only. We'd get it later. But I doubt that would even happen. Honestly, I don't see it coming out until maybe mid to late 2013. If you've followed its development as long as I have, it's fucking ridiculous how long it's taken.
