I bought the Oddboxx on Steam during the Fall sale. I hear that Stranger's Wrath controlled awful on PC, and judging from how Abe's Oddysee controls, I think they're right. Might just have to buy the HD edition on consoles.

HD Tony Hawk with skate areas from 1 and 2? Hell yeah.

Also, I haven't touched much of snowboarding games since 1080 Snowboarding...might check out that new SSX, since it looks wicked.

I remember playing a ton of SSX tricky years ago. Tokyo Megaplex was such a great track. I'm sure they might have tracks as ridiculous as TM in the new SSX. Why should Tales of Xillia have character customization if the designs are already terrible? its just making the hole deeper. I would still like to play Xillia since gameplay looks awesome.

Wow, that glide suit in the ssx game is brilliant. part of the reason I stopped playing snowboarding games is that unless I made a perfect launch I'd rarely end up in a good position and bork up a move. this looks pretty great and adds some variety to a genre that seemed to only have some "continued craziness" going for it.

Having played the japanese version of tales of xillia , i can safely comment on the link system. The link system unfortunately doesn't allow you to simultaneously control 2 characters, but rather you gain stat boosts while linked and can perform chain combos and unique 'artes' combinations depending on who you are linked to and what skill you use. Further on the topic, the character you link to is an ai thus it isn't that deviant from previous tales games, but still adds a new element of gameplay.

I have to say, I absolutely love Trailer Talk. You guys do a fantastic job each time, and I really look forward to each episode. Thanks for taking the time and effort to make them, keep up the good work! :D

Anyways, Sound Shapes looks awesome. Hadn't heard of it before, but now it definitely looks like a must play at some point.

I love me some Tales, and now I'm dying to play Xillia. I don't mind the character design, and I like the idea of being able to customize your characters in silly ways... Unless all the items used for customization are DLC. Then forget it. In any case, can't wait to get my hands on it.

SSX looks freaking awesome! I am a little worried that they might tone down some of the "crazy". I'm sorry, RedAmarillo, but I don't think they will have anything close to the pure fun that TM provided :( And the rewind is stupid. SSX is about mastering the controls and knowing when you can do one more backflip. It is about risking your position, just so you can max out your boost bar. But im stoked, anyways!

Yeah I think I am done with with Xbox, or at least the next gen of microsoft consoles. There is just to much of what I like that only releases on the PS3. I like my Xbox, but if the PS3 release with a realistic price tag I would've bought that. Looking forward to another Tales game.

Now that I think about it though I'm actually a little bit worried about SSX for the PS3. If it requires using the sixaxes to control the glide it may ruin the entire game for me.

The Tales franchise is definitely overlooked here in the U.S, by such games like Final Fantasy. I personally think Tales is superior to Final Fantasy, and im looking forward to both Graces f and Xillia. Considering Xillia is the going to be the last Tales game by the Tales team, (from what I heard, I didn't really confirm) I would think that they would send the game our way. If so, definitely something to look out for.
